Tiffani did an absolutely fantastic job with our home inspection. She was thorough and efficient, plus was kind enough to talk through everything from the inspection with me and answer all my random questions. I highly, highly recommend going with Furrow Home Inspections for your next move!!

I've worked with Tiffani multiple times at this point because: Tiffani is THE BEST inspector. She is meticulous in her inspection and in the case of full home inspections, provides a beautiful, useful, detailed report after the inspection but she also provides color commentary during the inspection that helps the buyer understand what are "big deal" items or require immediate remediation vs which items are less urgent.

In the past, I also did multiple pre-inspections (aka "walk and talks") with Tiffani. She was just as detailed and meticulous and she spent as much time as I wanted to answer my questions and help me understand the condition of houses I was considering making offers to buy.

She is the best!

We were so pleased with how professional, warm, and helpful Tiffani was for our home inspection. She was so thorough—I’m talking noticing pencil marks and logging them! She was so kind to walk two new homebuyers through how to care for our new home and what to watch for. I highly recommend her!

Just purchased a home and needed an inspection. Our agent recommended Furrow Home Inspections and Tiffani did a great job going through the entire home and identifying the various concerns. She also walked us through everything once complete and sent the final report that evening with even more detail. Overall a quick and thorough process.

Tiffani was amazing, I can't thank her enough! She was responsive and very accommodating with our timeline, even when we had to change the inspection time at the last minute. She was very professional and knowledgeable and she took the time to explain everything clearly to us during the inspection. We were a little pressured by time and she got the full report back to us very quickly, not even an hour after the inspection, with lots of photos and clear explanations. I had a really great experience and would definitely recommend her.

Tiffani was incredible when she inspected our new home in Burke! She is super thorough, caught a bunch of things we totally would have missed, and explained everything in a way that was actually easy to understand. Best of all, we found out she’s a fellow Hokie! Working with Virginia Tech alum just made the whole experience that much better. If you need a home inspector in the area, definitely go with Furrow Home Inspections!
